Signal acquisition and output：

The liquid level of the water tank is displayed locally on site. When the liquid level of the water tank is high, the solenoid valve on the water supply pipeline will be closed automatically, and the water will be stopped. When the liquid level of the water tank is low, the water pressure booster pump will automatically stop, and the water volume of the water tank will be replenished in time.

When the Jockey pump is in operation, the operation, stop and fault drop signals of the shall be sent to the station control room. The signals sent from the air pressure control cabinet to the station control room are all passive contact signals.

Shutdown :

1. Close the gate valve on the outlet pipe and the vacuum gauge cock.

2. Stop the motor and close the pressure gauge cock.

3. If there is cold season in winter, the liquid in the product shall be drained to avoid frost crack.

4. If it is stopped for a long time, it shall be disassembled, cleaned and oiled, and kept properly.

Under normal conditions, the pressure of the pipe network is maintained by the operation (alternate operation). The operation frequency is regulated by the feedback signal of the pressure gauge installed on the pipeline,

That is to say, when the pipe network pressure is less than the set value, adjust the operation times and increase the water output. When the pipe network pressure is still less than the set value after one water pump operates to the power frequency for a period of time (adjustable time), it will be put into operation. When the pipe network pressure is higher than the set value, stop the operation and the pressure is still high, then automatically stop the power frequency operation.
