The running direction of the equipment is clockwise when viewed from the motor end to the pump. How to use mining multistage pumps safely and efficiently? This is a question that many first-time users often ask.
First of all, let's introduce the pump itself: the pump has good sealing performance - the static joint surface between the water inlet section, the middle section and the water outlet section is sealed with molybdenum disulfide, and it is also sealed with a paper pad. It must be sealed with raw materials. In order to prevent water from entering the bearings at both ends, "O" type rubber rings and water retaining rings are used for sealing. The rotating part and the fixed part of the pump are sealed by sealing ring, guide vane sleeve and packing. Water with a certain pressure is passed into the stuffing chamber to act as a water seal and cooling. Always pay attention to the following points during operation:

1. Observe the ammeter, listen to the sound, and judge whether the operation is normal;

2. Pay attention to observe whether the motor is overloaded, and it is strictly forbidden to run the motor with overcurrent;

3. Observe the leakage of the shaft seal, and adjust, and sometimes adjust the injection water, preferably in a continuous drop;

4. Check whether the oil ring of the sliding bearing rotates. The temperature of the rolling bearing should be less than 75°C;

5. Regularly check the gap between the two couplings, and replace the balance device when they are close;

6. Observe the outlet water temperature of the balance pipe. When the water temperature rises rapidly, stop the pump to check whether the balance pipe is blocked;

7. Observe the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. When the gauge pressure of the two is abnormal, find out the cause in time;

8. Observe the water level in case of empty load;

9. When the water level is low, pay attention to whether the two shaft seals will suck air into the pump;

10. Pay attention to the operating conditions of the pump and the condition of the cooling water.

It should also be noted that the multi-stage pump should not run for a long time with the outlet valve fully closed; nor should it run at the hump in the performance curve. During operation, the valve on the water inlet pipeline should be fully opened. The valve closing time should not be long when starting. Do not exceed 2 to 3 minutes, otherwise, the temperature rise will cause vaporization, which will damage the water pump.
