ZW series self-priming diesel water pump unit is a product with novel structure successfully developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. The pump set integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge. It adopts a diesel engine to drive the axial return and external mixing type, and adopts the unique design of the pump body and the impeller flow channel. It does not need to install a bottom valve and water irrigation during use. The pump set can suck and discharge liquids containing large particles of solids and long fibers, and can be widely used in municipal sewage and water logging prevention projects, farm irrigation water pumping machine, etc. The pump set has simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient use and maintenance, integrated or outdoor movable design, etc. It is the first domestic product in the diesel water pump series. 　　

Conditions of use of self-priming pumps for farm irrigation water pumping machine:

1) Ambient temperature ≤50℃, medium temperature ≤80℃, and special requirements can reach 200℃. 　

2) The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel. 　　

3) The medium weight does not exceed 1240kg/m3. 　　

4) The height of self-priming cannot exceed 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe ≤ 10 meters.
