The pump body is made of a metal shell lined with polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46), the impeller and the pump cover are made of metal inserts and fluoroplastics are integrally sintered and molded, and the shaft seal adopts an external bellows mechanical seal , The static ring is made of 99.9 alumina ceramic or silicon carbide, and the moving ring is made of tetrafluoroethylene filling material or silicon carbide.
