Inspection and maintenance of submersible circulation pump

1. Manually start/stop the submersible sewage pump to see if the submersible sewage pump can start/stop normally.

(1) If the submersible sewage pump makes a buzzing sound and the water output is very small, it is possible that the impeller of the submersible sewage pump is blocked, and the base must be removed to clean the impeller of the submersible sewage pump.

(2) If the submersible sewage pump makes a buzzing sound and does not produce water, then it is possible that the submersible sewage pump is reversed and the phase sequence needs to be adjusted.

(3) Check whether there is any leakage in the outlet pipe joint of the submersible sewage pump.

2. Automatically start/stop the submersible sewage pump to see if the submersible sewage pump can start/stop normally.

(1) Adjust the height of the float to see whether the submersible sewage pump can automatically pump water when the high water level indicator light is on, and whether it can automatically stop when the float is low.

(2) Adjust the floating ball to a suitable position according to the height of different collection wells and pump bodies.

3. Check whether the pipeline check valve is working properly.

(1) In the process of pumping, if the water is very slow, then it may be that the check valve is blocked or the pipe is not smooth due to the broken check valve baffle pin. You need to clean the check valve or replace the plug.

(2) When the submersible sewage pump stops working, if there is a backflow or 1# machine pumping 2# machine backflow, it is also caused by the poorly closed check valve, and the check valve needs to be cleaned and repaired.

4. Check whether the 1# and 2# machines can be automatically interchanged when a failure occurs.

Manually remove one point of the control loop of 1# or 2# machine and observe whether the two pumps can be interchanged automatically with a delay.

5. After the maintenance work is completed, the debris and silt in the collection well shall be cleaned up.
