In order to improve the response ability of diesel driven fire pump to fire signal, it is recommended to inspect it once a week. During the patrol inspection, we should start the diesel engine at a low speed, and then slowly accelerate to the speed required by the fire protection - 1500r / min-3000r / min. When the water temperature and oil temperature reach 60 ℃, the speed can be reduced gradually, but it still needs to run at idle speed (300-750r / min) for 2-3min before stopping, so as to prevent the bearing of the supercharger from being killed due to the overheating of the supercharger when stopping suddenly! After stopping, the speed must be adjusted to 1500r / min-3000r / min for fire protection.

Because the inspection process of diesel driven fire pump is complex, if there is no special requirements of customers, we generally do not consider automatic inspection in the design process, and it is recommended that users use manual inspection mode!
