Maintenance

The structure is sturdy. When the assembly and installation are correct, the life is long, and the maintenance is less.

(a), impeller adjustment (installation)

There are no specific regulations for the adjustment of the impeller.

When the impeller and casing are worn to such an extent that the performance and efficiency of the pump are severely changed, any worn parts need to be replaced.

(b), bearing lubrication

Properly assembled and oiled before assembly (see bearing assembly). It can prevent water or other foreign substances from entering the bearing, which can extend the service life of the bearing.

The maintenance personnel must make a good judgment to open the bearing body every certain time (not more than 12 months), check the bearings and lubricants, and then, determine how long the next maintenance will take.

If you think it is necessary, you should add lubricating oil regularly. You can use the lubricating oil nozzle provided on the bearing body. Regular small amount of lubricating oil is superior to a large amount of lubricating oil every other time. Do not add too much oil to the bearing. It is also recommended to use clean lubricants.

(c) Replacement of worn parts

The wear rate of the liquid delivery pump is related to the working conditions and the abrasiveness of themedium. Therefore, the life of wear parts such as impeller, body, etc. varies depending and installation conditions.

When the operation no longer meets the specific performance requirements, the wear parts must be replaced.

If the pump is used for a specific working condition for the first time, especially if the wear parts are damaged, it will have serious consequences. It is recommended that after the product is started, check the parts at regular intervals and estimate their degree of wear to determine the life of the parts .
