(1). It is not allowed to use the gate valve on the suction pipeline to adjust the flow rate to avoid cavitation.

(2). Continuous operation is not allowed when the design flow is less than 30%. If continuous operation is necessary under this condition, a bypass pipe should be installed at the outlet to connect the excess flow to the pump inlet pipe.

(3). Continuous operation is not allowed at 120% higher than the design flow rate to avoid cavitation and motor overpower.

(4). Eyes increase the speed of the water pump.

(5). If abnormal sound or other faults are found during operation, stop the machine for inspection immediately.

Shutdown Precautions：

(1) Close the pressure gauge (vacuum gauge) cock.

(2) Gradually close the gate valve on the discharge pipeline.

(3) Cut off the power supply.
