Multistage water pumps mainly consists of four parts: stator, rotor, bearing, and shaft seal. The rotation of a high-pressure multistage water centrifugal pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the perspective of the prime mover end, the pump rotates clockwise, while the D and DG pumps are horizontal single suction multistage water segmental centrifugal pumps. For transporting clean water (with impurities less than 1% and particle size less than 0.1mm) or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the medium conveyed by the D-type pump is less than 80 ℃, suitable for occasions such as mine drainage, oilfield water injection, factory and urban water supply and drainage. Oilfield water injection pumps use different materials based on the corrosiveness of the medium. The DG type pump is suitable for supplying water to various boilers with a medium temperature of less than 105 ℃.
1. The stator part of a high-pressure multistage water centrifugal pump mainly consists of a suction section, a middle section, a discharge section, and a guide vane. There are tension bolts to clamp each section, forming a working chamber. D-type horizontal multistage water pumps generally sucks horizontally and spits vertically upwards; When injecting water into an oil field, the inlet and outlet of the pump are vertically upward. The inlet and outlet of the DG horizontal multistage water pump are vertically upward.
2. The rotor part of a high-pressure multistage water centrifugal pump mainly consists of a shaft, impeller, balance plate, and shaft sleeve. The axial force is balanced by a balance plate.
3. The bearings of high-pressure multistage water centrifugal pumps mainly consist of bearing bodies, bearings, and bearing glands, etc. The bearings are lubricated with grease or thin oil.
4.The shaft seal of the high-pressure multistage water centrifugal pump adopts soft packing seal, mainly composed of the sealing box body, packing, water retaining ring, etc. on the inlet section and tail cover. The water seal of the D-type horizontal multistage water pumps comes from the pressure water inside the pump. The water seal of DG type horizontal multistage water pump comes from external water supply.
