Please check the conditions before installation:
1.The installation position of multi-stage vertical centrifugal pumps should be as close to the water source as possible.
2. There are two methods for installing multi stage vertical pump and bases. One is a rigid connection directly installed on a cement foundation, and the other is a flexible connection with a vibration damper.
3.For direct installation, the pump can be placed on the foundation with a height of 30-40 millimeters (ready for filling with cement slurry), and then calibrated. The foundation bolts should be threaded and filled with cement mortar. After 3-5 days of cement drying, the pump should be recalibrated. After the cement is completely dry, the nuts of the foundation bolts should be tightened.
4.When installing pipelines, both the inlet and outlet pipelines should have their own supports, and the pump flange should not be subjected to excessive pipeline weight.

7.For the convenience and safety of maintenance and use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure that the pump operates within the rated range and ensure the normal operation and service life of the pump.
8.If expansion connection is required at the inlet, please choose eccentric reducing pipe joint.
